For the decoration of the venue, Bizcom gave guests modern and rhythm environment based on Huawei’s wi-fi for World Championship and the unique structure of the stadium.

Highlight
“carton wireless panda” is the mascot that Bizcom designed for this conference. It displayed in the Sunken Square and decorated with wi-fi logo to point out the direction to the entrance for all the guests and to highlight the main theme of the event.
Challenge
There are many steel columns inside the Cultural Center, which increase the difficulty of designing.
To avoid blocking the views, Bizcom chose to use three folding screens, and make the seats in fan-shaped.
